Police/Fire/EMS - April 24, 2013

ALBANY, Ga. — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 21 incidents on Monday and into the early hours of Tuesday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Armed robbery on the 600 block of Sands Drive;

— Unruly juvenile on the 500 block of Ebony Lane;

— Disorderly conduct on the 500 block of Lucile Street and the 1300 block of East 2nd Avenue;

— Burglary, 1st degree, on the 2700 block of Westgate Drive and the 1000 block of 11th Avenue;

— Domestic dispute (unfounded) on the 500 block of Louis Avenue and the 1300 block of Mobile Street;

— Burglary on the 600 block of West 2nd Avenue;

— Burglary, 2nd degree, on the 1000 block of King Street;

— Theft by taking on the 300 block of Vicks Street;

— Marijuana possession on the 900 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Recovered property on the 200 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Criminal trespass on the 2000 block of Evergreen Drive, the 2000 block of West Waddell Avenue, The 2600 block of Dawson Road, the 500 block of West Broad Avenue, the 300 block of South Mock Road and the 2300 block of Old Dominion Road;

— Financial transaction card fraud on the 900 block of Hobson Drive;

— Simple battery on the 700 block of West Highland Avenue.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty Police Department responded to at least 11 calls on Monday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Criminal damage on the 4800 block of Mustang Drive;

— Family violence on the 3300 block of Sylvester Road;

— Traffic accident at the intersection of Georgia 133 North and Lovers Lane Road.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least four calls on Monday and into the early hours of Tuesday, available records show. The incidents included smoke odor, unauthorized burn, electrical short and grass fire.

DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty Emergency Medical Service responded to 40 calls on Monday, available records show. There were 40 medical calls and 12 medical calls.

The medical calls included nine respiratory issues, five miscellaneous pain, two chest pain, two altered mental status, two mental health, one diabetic issue, one seizure and 18 various medical calls.

The trauma calls included seven falls, two auto accident victims, one laceration and one assault.
