Police/Fire/EMS report Aug.10, 2013

ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 27 incidents on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Burglary on the 300 block of South Jackson Street, the 700 block of North Maple Street, the 900 block of Van Deman Street and the 2000 block of Devon Drive;

— Wanted person on the 2400 block of North Slappey Boulevard and the 500 block of 9th Avenue;

— Entering auto on the 2000 block of Dawson Road;

— Criminal trespass on the 1000 block of 6th Avenue and the 400 block of South Slappey Boulevard;

— Theft by taking on the 1100 block of South Madison Street, the 200 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard and the 1000 block of University Street;

— Disorderly conduct on the 700 block of East Broad Avenue and the 1300 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Identity fraud on the 300 block of West Mercer Avenue, the 1200 block of South Van Buren Street and the 1300 block of East Roosevelt Avenue;

— Computer child exploitation on the 2400 block of Dawson Road;

— Theft by shoplifting on the 2600 block of Dawson Road;

— Domestic violence (unfounded) on the 900 block of South Harding Street and the 2700 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Injured person on the 800 block of Cameo Lane;

— Recovered property on the 1800 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Larceny on the 200 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Lost or mislaid property on the 3100 block of Flint Avenue;

— Cruelty to animals on the 800 block of West Lincoln Avenue;

— Aggravated assault on the 1600 block of Worrell Court;

— Unruly child on the 100 block of Whitlesey Court.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty Police Department responded to at least 10 calls on Thursday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Wanted person on the 2200 block of Liberty Expressway;

— Traffic accident at Slade Avenue and Leggett Drive;

— Theft on the 900 block of Fairview Road and the 3700 block of Plumcrest Road.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least four calls on Thursday, available records show. The incidents included: trash fire, vehicle fire, vehicle accident and activated alarm.

DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty Emergency Medical Service responded to 54 calls on Thursday, available records show. There were 41 medical calls and 13 trauma calls.

The medical calls included: six respiratory issue calls, four chest pain calls, four miscellaneous pain calls, two faint calls, two altered mental status calls, one diabetic issue call, one seizure call and 21 various medical calls.

The trauma calls included: six auto accident victims, four falls, two assaults and one laceration.
