ALBANY — A special program on the making of a valid Georgia will is scheduled for Saturday as a part of Commissioner Jon Howard’s town hall series.
According to Howard, the program will be conducted by Nancy S. Stephenson, Dougherty County probate judge, and will cover related topics including living wills, the validity of out-of-state wills, durable power of attorney for health care issues and the consequences of dying without a will.
The meeting, which is expected to last about 90 minutes, will be presented at 10 a.m. at the East Albany Community Center, 1721 E. Oglethorpe Blvd., Howard said
