Albany Area Crime Stoppers has two Most Wanted fugitives this week, Willie B. Colbert and Kinshasa Khoershue Shropshire. All fugitives on the Albany Area Crime Stoppers Most Wanted List should be considered armed and dangerous.

Willie B. Colbert

Willie B. Colbert is a 19-year-old black male, 5 feet 7, 159 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and numerous tattoos. Colbert’s last known address is in the 2500 block of North Slappey Boulevard, Albany. He has active arrest warrants for aggravated assault against a law enforcement officer, robbery and battery.

Kinshasa Khoershue Shropshire

Kinshasa Khoershue Shropshire (aka Shasa) is 31-year-old black male, 6 feet 2, 158 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and numerous tattoos. Shropshire’s last known address is in the 300 block of Gowan, Albany. He has active arrest warrants for aggravated assault against a law enforcement officer, robbery and contempt of court (Municipal Court).
