ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 34 incidents on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Battery on the 2100 block of Leonard Avenue and the 2200 block of Friar Tuck Lane;
— Burglary on the 1900 block of Maple Street, the 500 block of South Slappey Boulevard, the 1500 block of West Waddell Avenue, the 400 block of Gaines Avenue and the 600 block of Maple Street;
— Armed robbery on the 1400 block of Whispering Pines Road, the 1500 block of McArthur Street and the 700 block of South Slappey Boulevard;
— Recovered property on the 200 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Wanted person on the 200 block of South Valencia Drive, the 100 block of Liberty Expressway and the 700 block of West Highland Avenue;
— Giving false information to a police officer on the 200 block of Willow Street;
— Assault on the 200 block of Vick Street;
— Disorderly conduct on the 1300 block of East Broad Avenue and the 600 block of South Harding Street;
— Reckless conduct on the 1300 block of Mobile Avenue;
— Terroristic threats and acts on the 2000 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Theft by shoplifting on the 2000 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Identification fraud on the 3200 block of Fernridge Drive;
— Injured person on the 700 block of Jeffries Avenue;
— Theft by taking on the 800 block of North Washington Street, the 400 block of Lucile Street, the 2600 block of Dawson Road and the 1800 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Attempted burglary on the 1400 block of Gillionville Road;
— Criminal trespass on the 2700 block of Ledo Road, the 600 block of Pine Avenue, the 100 block of North Cleveland Street, the 1400 block of East Gordon Avenue and the 2700 block Dawson Road;
— Robbery by sudden snatching on the 900 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty Police responded to at least 11 incidents on Tuesday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Traffic accident on the intersection of South Mock Road and Georgia Highway 133 and the intersection of Georgia highways 3 and 133;
— Burglary on the 200 block of Pinson Road;
— Domestic violence on the 4500 block of Wilder Street;
— Theft on the 3200 block of Jacqueline Street.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least six calls on Tuesday, available records show. Calls included motor vehicle fire, downed power line, gas leak and EMS assist.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty Emergency Medical Service responded to 50 calls on Tuesday, available records show. There were 43 medical calls and seven trauma calls.
The medical calls included eight respiratory issues, six chest pain issues, three faintings, two mental health issues, one diabetic issue, one seizure, one OB/labor issue, one miscellaneous pain call and 17 various medical calls.
The trauma calls included four auto accident victims, one laceration and one assault.
