WHY HE’S HERE: Averaged 14.4 points and 2.5 rebounds last year as a junior, led the Wildcats to a No. 3 seed in the Class AAAA playoffs and has been Crisp’s go-to scorer in the early part of the 2013-14 season.

WHY HE’S HERE: Crump was tough as a freshman last season, averaging 14.9 points and 5.4 rebounds per game. He is a major cog for the Bearcats and can almost score at will.

WHY HE’S HERE: Averaged 14.6 points and 9.4 rebounds per game last season and is expected to have even better numbers this year. Already, he’s a big reason why Seminole County is off to a quick start.

WHY SHE’S HERE: Freeman makes things happen at Pelham. Last season, she averaged 19.1 points and 9.8 rebounds per game. She will help the Lady Hornets make another postseason push.

WHY SHE’S HERE: The top girls player in all of GISA and committed to Mercer. She dominates the court for the Lady Wildcats and is looking to lead her team to a fourth straight Class A title this season. As a junior, she averaged 21 points and 10 rebounds a game.

WHY SHE’S HERE: She’s one of the best players in all of Class AAAA and is committed to the University of Georgia. She led the Lady Cougars to the Final Four as a sophomore and averaged 16.5 points, 8.6 rebounds and 2.7 blocked shots a game as a junior.
