Squawk of the Day - Dec. 25, 2013

"Albany is seeing the early signs of improvement in education, economic growth, retail expansion and employment. It is time to get serious about consolidation of city and county governments. There is too much duplication and waste of taxpayer money to sustain this progress. Corporations and families considering expansion or relocation to a new city give serious consideration the the factors above. Our empires need to be dissolved."
