ALBANY — Albany Area Crime Stoppers has one Most Wanted fugitive this week, Chancy Adrian Davis. All fugitives on the Albany Area Crime Stoppers Most Wanted List should be considered armed and dangerous.

Chancy Adrian Davis (aka Chauncey Carter) is 40-year-old black male, 5 feet 9 and 210-250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is also known to use his brother’s name and birthdate: Cornelius Emanuel Faison. Davis’ last known address is in the 400 block of Gaines Avenue in Albany. He is known to frequent addresses on South Madison Street, Barton Avenue, Shelby Lane and South Washington Street, all in Albany.

Davis has active arrest warrants in Dougherty County for civil contempt-child support, driving while license is suspended, fleeing/attempting to elude law enforcement officers, five counts of stop sign violations and seven counts of turn signal required. Davis also has an active arrest warrant in Cobb County for probation violation.
