ALBANY — Albany police responded to at least 25 incidents Thursday, according to available reports. Police responded to incidents including:
— Burglary on the 900 block of Cranford Drive and the 800 block of West Whitney Drive;
— Theft by taking on the 2500 block of Dawson Road, the 200 block of South Davis Street, the 200 block of North Broadway Street, the 400 block of South Harding Avenue and the 200 block of Cordele Road;
— Entering auto on the 2500 block of Erica Court , the 2000 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard and the 1200 block of West Second Avenue;
— Terroristic acts on the 1200 block of West Whitney Avenue;
— Unruly child on the 900 block of 900 Cherry Avenue;
— Terroristic threats and acts on the 600 block of Society Avenue;
— Battery (domestic) on the 700 block of Hibson Drive.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least six calls according to police reports. Police responded to incidents, including a vehicle crash with deer on Byron Plantation Road and Lily Pond Road.
DOUGHERTY COUNTY EMS: The Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to 58 calls on Thursday.
There were 50 medical calls and eight trauma calls. Medical Calls and trauma calls included, but were not limited to, eight respiratory calls, five miscellaneous pain calls, three chest pains, two faintings, two altered mental status, 24 various medical calls and five vehicle crash victims.
ALBANY FIRE DEPARTMENT: The Albany Fire Department responded to 27 incidents, including a trash fire, four activated alarms, two unauthorized burns, two unattended cooking, four false alarms, tree limb on power line, residential gas leak, four power lines down, an electric short, unauthorized burn, bomb threat, grass fire, three EMS assist, extract victim's finger stuck under vehicle's driver's seat, vehicle fire, vehicle crash into wall, power line pole fire, air conditioner burning, carbon monoxide leak, and a cardiac arrest.
