ALBANY, Ga. — Southwest Georgia Farm Credit will host its annual stockholders meeting on Feb. 19 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Albany.
Registration will begin at 6:30 p.m. for stockholders and their guests. Dinner and the business meeting will begin at 7 p.m.. The meeting will include the association’s annual report from management and directors, the election of two directors and the eleciton of the 2014 nominating committee.
Headquartered in Bainbridge, the organization is part of the Farm Credit System, which provides lending in agricultural and rural areas.

Maybe they can talk about the Wiley Jordan case and take up a fund for the loan officer that took the bribe. The article makes it sound like a private organization but aren't they merely a front for purveying government money?
