Carlos Lenard Green is wanted for attendance of a witness by Albany and Dougherty County authorities.

Dougherty County Sheriff's Office officials say the witness attendance warrant issued against Carlos Lenard Green was lifted after he complied with the order to appear.

Carlos Lenard Green — aka Sugg Dog — is a 40-year-old black male, 6 feet 2, 245 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes. His last known address is in the 500 block of Don Cutler Drive in Albany. He has an active arrest warrant for attendance of witnesses.
