ALBANY, Ga. — Wanted for violent crimes in Minnesota by the U.S. Marshall’s Office, 38-year-old Shawn M. Williams was arrested Tuesday on the 200 block of Holley Drive by Albany Police Department Detective Schemika Foster, a police report stated.
To the Minnesota charges of domestic felony assault, terroristic threats and acts, and probation violation, Albany police officers added three counts of terroristic threats and acts, including one against an officer, and harassing phone calls, according to the report. Williams was taken to the Dougherty County Jail for incarceration, the report added.
The Gang Unit and Dougherty County Police Department officers assisted in the arrest.

Why would someone wanted for violent crimes in Minnesota come to Albany GA to try to excape? Hmmm......... Maybe he heard that "no weapon formed against him would prosper" down here.

He probably heard that there were several other criminals with active warrants wondering the streets and thought he would be safe from the police.

He is from Albany. I went to school with him. Never thought he would turn out like this.
