ALBANY, Ga. — Wanted for vehicle title fraud, 35-year-old Roderick White turned himself in at the downtown Dougherty County Sheriff's Office before 3 p.m. Tuesday, according to an Albany Police Department report.
Also, a suspect linked to the E-Z Pawn fraud case, 28-year-old Sheravious Williams turned himself in at about 2 p.m. Monday. Police are also seeking 28-year-old Shannon Swanigan, formerly of 218 Falcon Lane Apt. B, in that case, according to reports.
Detectives said they have already arrested 26-year-old Eric Toliver and 29-year-old Bridget Lunsford in connection with the case. Toliver was charged with party to a crime, and both are charged with theft by deception.
