Shelly Marie Liberto (aka “Shell” and “Big Country”) is a 29-year-old white female, 5 feet 11, 200 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. She has tattoos of a blue flower and “DJ” on her right wrist, a purple butterfly on her lower back, a scorpion on her right leg, and “Dave” on her left leg. Liberto’s last known address is in the 1900 block of East Broad Avenue in Albany. She has an active arrest warrant for probation violation.
