ALBANY, Ga. — The Albany Police Department Motor Vehicle Theft Unit would like the public's assistance with locating a yet-to-be identified individual in connection to a vehicle theft.
The person is wanted only for questioning in a motor vehicle theft that occurred on Jan. 11 at 2:40 p.m., officials with the APD said Monday. The victim reported that some unknown person took the vehicle — a 2001 GMC Jimmy — from 1601 Krug St., the site of A&D Rebuilders.
A cell phone, which was inside the vehicle, was also taken, police said.
