FITZGERALD -- Ortiz Harper, 79, of Ocilla, died Monday, February 11, 2013 at Appling Health Care System in Baxley, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Wednesday February 13, 2013 at Spring Hill Primitive Baptist Church. Internmenr will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 PM at the funeral home in Ocilla.
