ALBANY DAWSON, Ga. -- The Terrell County Sheriff Office has issued a bulletin advising a lookout for an escaped inmate.
The bulletin stated that at about 11 a.m. Homer Lee Cobb escaped the New Horizon Drug Treatment Center in Terrell County. Dressed in orange prison garb he had a change of clothes, a white T-shirt and khaki pants waiting for him.
Deputies said they believe Cobb met his mother and grandmother and told them he was heading to Albany. A tan Chevrolet Z-71 could be carrying Cobb to Albany.
A deputy said Cobb's girlfriend lives at 1204 S. Cleveland Street.

We have enough criminals in our city already, we don't need outsiders coming in. Go to Columbus or somewhere, we don't need or want you.
