Lady Rams fall

ORANGEBURG, S.C. - In a heartbreaking 74-71 loss to Claflin on Thursday night, missed free throws doomed the Lady Rams.

Former Mitchell County star Kadeemya Cooper also had 13 points in a losing effort. The Lady Rams next face Clark Atlanta on Monday then finish their regular season against rival Fort Valley State.

The ASU-Claflin men’s game was not over at press time.

Albany Tech men lose heartbreaker

They’ll get their first shot Saturday, when they’ll face Chattahoochee Tech at home on Sophomore Night.

ATC women squeak by East Georgia
