BLAKELY-- Mr. Cliff Aycock, 73, or Morgan, Ga., died Friday morning, Feb. 15, 2013 at the Willson Hospice House in Albany, Ga. His funeral will be held Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013 at 3:00 P. M. in the Morgan Baptist Church, Morgan, Ga. with Rev. Chris Holdorf and Rev. David Wolfe officiating. The family will receive friends in the Church Sanctuary from 2 PM until 2:50 Pm, Sunday, right before the funeral. Pallbearers were not available by press time.

Mr. Aycock was born May 7, 1939 in Morgan, Ga. to the late Irvin Aycock and Fannie Avera Aycock. He was a retired farmer and a member of the New Light Freewill Baptist Church but had been attending the Morgan Baptist Church. Other than his parents he was preceded in death by 5 brothers.

His survivors include his wife, Peggy Duke Aycock of Morgan, Ga.; 2 daughters: Sheila A. Freeman and her husband Gary of Smithville, Ga. and Sharon A. Lanier and her husband Rusty of Morgan, Ga. There is 1 grandson, Tripp Clifton Lanier of Morgan, Ga. He has a sister: Laurette Strickland and her husband Sherman of Shellman, Ga. and a brother, Alvin Aycock of Edison, Ga.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions be made to either the Morgan Baptist Church in Morgan, Ga. 39866 or the the Albany Community Hospice, 320 Foundation Lane, Albany, Ga. 31707.
