ALBANY, Ga. — Rufus Harp, Jr., 63, of Roanoke, Ala., and formally of Albany died Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton.
Funeral Services will be announced by Martin Luther King Funeral Directors.
The family will receive friends at the home of Mr. Harp’s sister, Mrs. Ola Terrell, 2814 Astoria Drive in Albany.
