Farm Credit directors selected

ALBANY, Ga. — Robert L. Holden Sr. of Whigham has been re-elected and Kim D. Rentz of Colquitt has been elected to the board of directors of Southwest Georgia Farm Credit.

Holden and Rentz were chosen during the organization's annual stockholders meeting this week at Hilton Garden Inn in Albany. Approximately 250 members and guests attended.

Other members of the board include Bobby J. Brooks of Edison, Robert B. Moss of Plains, T.E. Allen III of Shellman, James H. Dixon Jr. of Camilla, Clifford Dollar Jr. of Bainbridge and Jeffrey Clark of Tallahassee, Fla.

Members also elected the 2014 nominating committee members including Martin Miley Adams Sr., Robbie Baggs, John B. Johnson and Glenna G. Thornton.

Southwest Georgia Farm Credit, headquartered in Bainbridge, is an agricultural lending cooperative owned by its member-borrowers.
