PELHAM -- Mrs. Idella Bowman, 82 of Tampa, Fl, formerly of Meigs, GA, passed on Saturday, February 23, 2013 in Tampa. Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 12 Noon at Morningstar Missionary Baptist Church, 3065 Collins St., Meigs, GA. Interment will follow in Meigs Sunset Cemetery.
