CAMILLA -- Grace Vines McLeod, 91, of Sale City, died Tuesday, January 01, 2013 at her residence.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 4, 2013 at Cool Springs Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery. Rev. Grady Morey and Rev. Tom Rodgers will officiate.
Active pallbearers will be Jon Bozeman, Devin Griffin, Tim Parker, Chase Griffin, Nick Bush, and Trent Bush. Honorary pallbearers include Truitt Wingate, Aaron Cain, James Fillyaw, Andy Parker, Clyde Taylor, Scott Tillman, Bill Collins, Charles Bush, and David Pollock.
Born September 7, 1921 in Mitchell County, Mrs. McLeod was the daughter of the late Clarence and Willie Shirah Vines. She was married to the late Otto McLeod and was preceded in death by two daughters, Sandra Hall and Priscilla McLeod. Mrs. McLeod was a homemaker and a member of Cool Springs Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Patricia M. Adams of Sale City, Phyllis M. Bush & husband, Charles, of Sale City, and Janice M. Cook & husband, Alan, of Sale City; a son-in-law, Lavon Hall of Colquitt; 14 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 - 8 p.m., Thursday, January 3 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home in Camilla.
