ALBANY — An Albany Police Department news release asks the public for assistance in locating 19-year-old Kadolphie Spencer, also known as China Boy, regarding several burglaries in the city.
No other information was immediately available. Anyone with additional information is asked to call investigations at (229) 431-3288 or Crime Stoppers at (229) 436-TIPS (8477). The Spanish-speaking APD-COP Tip Line is (229) 434-2677.
Crime Stoppers is an anonymous tipline. People with information could become eligible for cash rewards.

Let him keep those pants down like that. When the police get after him, he'll do a face plant on the asphalt bringing the chase to an abrupt halt
