Michael Bailey Brown is a 31-year-old white male, 5 feet 11, 190 pounds, with brown hair, blue eyes and a scar in his left eyebrow. He is known to wear eyeglasses. Brown’s last known address is in a trailer park on Pinebluff Road in Albany. He has six active arrest warrants for failure to maintain lane, failure to report an accident resulting in injury, DUI/alcohol/less safe, DUI — multiple substances, driving while license suspended and reckless driving.

But you will notice his crime was not shooting, robbing or killing someone. Where were you the other day when the page contained 6 or 7 black people wanted for robbery, battery & assault, forgery etc.? One of the names was Dervontavious.

OK, law enforcement has tried every means to get this fool to change his ways and he just can't seem to get that done. Maybe there is not enough in the laws to discourage bad behavior. That is why we had chain gangs. Put this guy on the downwind side of a working chain gang and when given the chance he will drive slower and wait to drink until he gets home.

"Trailer park?" How uncouth of the Herald for saying that. Pine Bluff Estates is a "mobile home" park. That photo was most likely taken when he was arrested for DUI. He made bail but didn't appear in court apparently. Like Sister says, when he's found they should put this guy under the jail not in it.
