MOULTRIE -- Mr. Wylie Lee "Jack" Moore, 86, entered into rest on Friday, December 28, 2012 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held at 1:30 PM, Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Mother Easter Baptist Church. Burial will follow In the St. James Pallbearers Cemetery #2, with the repast to be concluded at the E. H. Hopkins Fellowship Hall.
