ALBANY -- Mrs. Gladys Piper Brown, 93, of Albany died Monday, January 7, 2012 at Palmyra Nursing Home.
A graveside funeral service will be held Friday 2:00 PM at Oakview Cemetery. Rev. Walter Flint will be officiating.
Born in Metter, GA, Mrs. Brown lived in Albany most of her life where she was a farmer. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Albany, Dougherty County Saddle Club and Georgia Farm Service Agency.
Survivors include a nephew David M. Piper and his wife Leanne; a sister in law Helen R. Piper; a great-nephew Lee Piper and cousin Jack Toney.
