ALBANY, Ga. — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 40 incidents Saturday, Sunday and into the early hours of Monday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Burglary in the second degree on the 2000 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard. Someone reportedly entered the Burger King just before 6 a.m. on Sunday via the drive-through window and took some cash, police reports show.
— Criminal trespass on the 1000 block of West Society Avenue and the 2400 block of Brierwood Drive;
— Thefts by taking on the 3600 block of Mayfair Lane and the 1000 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Entering autos on the 500 block of Cochran Avenue and the 1100 block of Rood Street;
— Battery on the 700 block of East Broad Avenue;
— Domestic violence (unfounded) on the 900 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard and the 500 block of Park Lane;
— Driving on a suspended license on the 1600 block of Dawson Road;
— Burglaries in the first degree on the 1700 block of Ann Avenue and the 1400 block of Mulberry Avenue;
— Probation violation on the 900 block of North Cleveland Street;
— Disorderly conduct on the 400 block of Cordele Road and the 2400 block of Nottingham Way;
— Simple battery on the 1800 block of Northwood Drive;
— Aggravated assault on the 800 block of Cedar Avenue;
— Wanted person, probation violation, on the 200 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Assaults on the 300 block of Elsom Street and the 1900 block of South Riverview Circle;
— Theft of services on the 400 block of Cordele Road;
— Loitering, obstruction of free passage, on the 100 block of South Slappey Boulevard;
— Public indecency on the 1100 block of Joel Drive.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 61 calls Saturday and Sunday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Criminal damage on the 200 block of Ramsey Road and the 200 block of Holly Drive;
— Wanted person on the 1300 block of Moultrie Road;
— Auto accidents on the 6500 block of Leary Road and the 400 block of Ramsey Road;
— Theft on the 2400 block of the Liberty Expressway;
— Disorderly conduct on the 3300 block of Sylvester Road;
— Traffic arrest on the 100 block of the Liberty Expressway;
— Domestic violence (verbal) on the 2700 block of Newcastle Lane;
— Pedestrian under the influence on the 1300 block of Cordele Road;
— Criminal trespass on the 2500 block of Charles Court;
— Entering auto on the 3000 block of East Park Court.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 50 calls from Jan. 8 through Sunday, available records show. Incidents included a car fire, a shorted wire behind a stove, a storage shed fire, EMS assistance, unauthorized burnings, grass fires, vehicle accidents and a gas leak.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty Emergency Medical Service responded to a total of 54 calls on Sunday, available reports show. There were 45 medical calls and nine trauma calls. Medical calls included, but were not limited to, six mental health calls, four respiratory issue calls, three chest pain calls, two miscellaneous pain calls, one fainting call, one seizure call and 26 various medical calls. The trauma calls included, but were not limited to, two falls, one auto accident victim and one laceration.
