CAMILLA -- Funeral services for Mr. Eddie C. (Jap) Carter, of Albany who passed away on Friday, January 11, 2013 will be conducted on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 1:00 PM from the Union Missionary Baptist Church at 70 Thompson St. in Camilla, GA. Interment will follow in the Oakview Cemetery.
