Guns, assault weapons, weapons of mass destruction. These weapons have been in the news for about as long as I can remember. I am 71 years of age. I have guns in my home, and I don’t take one out of the gun cabinet unless I am going hunting.
There has never been and will never be a weapon as great and powerful as this weapon. This weapon is the weapon of prayer. Seems like we have all forgotten to use it. We need to come back to God and put him first in all that we do.
They have taken prayer out of the schools, the Ten Commandments out of the White House, state offices and local offices. It’s time for Obama, the Congress and Senate to put prayer back in the schools and call on God to turn America around.
In II Chronicles 7:14, it says, “If my people which are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and heal their land.” We will never prosper again until we put God first in all that we do. He is the King of Kings, Lord of Lords, Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, our Soon Coming King, to God be the glory.
