ALBANY, Ga. — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 42 incidents on Monday and into the early hours of Tuesday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Wanted person on the 600 block of South Shadowlawn Drive and on the 200 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Disorderly conduct on the 900 block of Rosedale Avenue and on the 1000 block of Dunes Avenue;
— Theft by taking on the 2500 block of Crescent Drive and on the 1000 block of South Slappey Boulevard;
— Domestic dispute (unfounded) on the 500 block of South McKinley Street and on the 600 block of West Second Avenue;
— Driving on a suspended license on the 300 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard and on the 1700 block of Edgerly Avenue;
— Possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) on the 700 block of East Broad Avenue;
— Criminal trespass on the 500 block of North Slappey Boulevard and on the 2400 block of Brierwood Drive;
— Simple battery on the 500 block of South McKinley Street;
— Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon on the 1200 block of Avalon Avenue;
— Entering auto on the 800 block of Shamrock Drive and on the 2100 block of Chatham Drive;
— Assault on the 600 block of West Highland Avenue and on the 1200 block of Kingstown Court;
— Sexual assault on the 500 block of Corn Avenue;
— Criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree on the 400 block of Louis Avenue;
— Theft by shoplifting on the 1000 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Aggravated assault on the 300 block of Bonnyview Avenue;
— Burglary in the 1st degree on the 2700 block of Homewood Drive;
— Underage consumption and possession of alcohol on the 2900 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Burglary in the 2nd degree on the 2400 block of Sylvester Road.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 17 calls on Monday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Private property accident on the 2300 block of Sanborn Avenue;
— Abandoned auto on the 3400 block of Leary Road;
— Family violence on the 700 block of Holly Drive;
— Burglary (residential) on the 2600 block of Crofton Drive;
— Criminal trespass on the 1200 block of Williamsburg Road;
— Harassing phone calls on the 1200 block of Stephen Lane;
— Traffic accident (deer) on the 1600 block of Cordele Road.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 20 calls from Friday through the early hours of Tuesday, available records show. The incidents included broken water pipes, a trash fire, a grass fire, a vehicle fire, an authorized burn, EMS assistance, activated fire alarms, vehicle accidents and an overheated motor to a ventilation unit.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty Emergency Medical Service responded to 67 calls on Monday, available records show. There were 60 medical calls and seven trauma calls.
The medical calls included, but were not limited to, eight seizure calls, seven respiratory issue calls, six miscellaneous pain calls, four chest pain calls, four diabetic issue calls, four mental health calls and 24 various medical calls. The trauma calls included, but were not limited to, four falls and one laceration.
