ALBANY -- Mr. Charlie Luther Williams, Jr., 56, of Albany died Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at Lillian Carter Nursing Home in Plains, Georgia.
Funeral Services are incomplete but will be announced at a later date by Martin Luther King Funeral Directors. The family will receive friends at 109 Collins Street.
