SYLVESTER -- Rossiline Powell Shiver, 84, of Albany, died Sunday January 27, 2013, at Willson Hospice House in Albany.
The graveside service will be 3 p.m. Monday January 28, 2013, in the Hillcrest Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. Monday until the service hour at Banks Funeral Home.
Banks Funeral Home in Sylvester is in charge of the arrangements.
