"To the person that can pass the background check and turn around and sell his assault weapons to anyone he chooses: You are breaking the law, same as any criminal. Any criminal can circumvent the laws that law-abiding citizens follow. You are the reason we are having these issues with guns."

If you think this is true, then get your head out of the sand. There has and always will be this type of behavior, but you are dense as a cork if you think this is the root of the problem. We will always have armed robberies and this has been going on since stage coach days. Most never use the guns. The school situation has only started since video games with fake weapons in them. Mental illness is also running rampart and not much being done. I know folks who the very least need medication, but they will not take any because folks will think they are crazy. If the politicians think they are going to change the Constitution, guess again! They cannot even pass a budget, so the Constitution is impossible without a fight and I do mean a real fight.

Yes, you would indeed be a straw purchaser. You would have checked the block that defined you as the actual purchaser of the weapon on the Federal form. Only problem is that up till now the Federal Government has made very little effort to prosecute the likes of you, and those it has prosecuted have only gotten a slap on the wrist. When a buyer is rejected, there is no effort to track them down and charge them, so they hope they will fly under the radar and do not fear the consequences.

Yes the person buying the gun to sell illegaly is a criminal & if you libtards had been listening that what most people have said all along. Criminals don't care about any laws you make so why keep making laws that only effect law abiding citizens. All your doing is helping the criminals because they will be able to make thosands of dollars for these guns instead of hundreds. Enforce the laws already in effect would fix the problem, not more laws.

Did Obama make the Mexican drug cartels pass background checks before he sold them weapons? No he just wants Americans to be checked. Criminals from other countries dont matter.
