ALBANY, Ga. — The Albany Area Chamber of Commerce, in association with Emerge Albany, will host a reception on Wednesday from 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at The Manor House, located at Merry Acres Inn.
The reception is being held to welcome back current Emerge Albany members and to encourage other young professionals to be a part of the networking group.
The goal of Emerge Albany is to create a platform for young professionals to build relationships, develop professionally, become politically and philanthropically active, and contribute to the economic development of the community through networking events and cultural and community education.
In addition, this year’s programming will focus on leadership development and developing professional skills while being introduced to valuable insight from community business leaders.
There is no cost to attend and light hors d’oeuvres will be served. To learn more about Emerge Albany or for information about the reception or how to get involved, call Chris Hardy with the chamber (229) 434-8700 or email chardy@albanyga.com.
