Clarence English is a 61-year-old black male, 5 feet 8, 164 pounds, with black and gray hair, and brown eyes. His last known address is in the 1400 block of Colquitt Avenue, Albany. He has active arrest warrants for two counts of probation violation and burglary.

Wait a minute! He is on probation and may be armed? That is against the law! We need to make a law that it is illegal to break the law. That'll teach them.......and take guns away from everyone.
