Police/Fire/EMS report July 2, 2013

ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 65 incidents Saturday, Sunday and into the early hours of Monday, available reports show. Incidents included:

— Domestic violence on the 200 block of Tremont Avenue and the 300 block of Grant Place;

— Property damage on the 600 block of West Society Avenue;

— Burglaries in the first degree on the 500 block of South Jackson Street and the 300 block of Sunset Lane;

— Terroristic threats and acts on the 1000 block of Clark Avenue;

— Entering autos on the 1300 block of Mercantile Road and the 400 block of Harmon Lane;

— Assaults on the 500 block of Porter Lane and the 500 block of Ebony Lane;

— Burglary in the second degree on the 1100 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Simple battery (domestic violence) on the 700 block of West Second Avenue;

— Domestic violence (unfounded) on the 300 block of Enterprise Drive and the 2700 block of McLain Lane;

— Criminal trespass on the 1800 block of Seay Court and the 2800 block of Partridge Drive;

— Disorderly conduct on the 500 block of Don Cutler Sr. Drive and the 600 block of Sands Drive;

— Motor vehicle theft on the 2600 block of Dawson Road;

— Probation violation on the 800 block of Holloway Avenue;

— Driving with suspended licenses on the 2800 block of Dawson Road and the 600 block of Holloway Avenue;

— Robbery by force on the 2000 block of Clark Avenue;

— Aggravated assaults on the 1800 block of Pearce Avenue and the 400 block of West Tift Avenue;

— Forgery in the first degree on the 1700 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard and the 900 block of Moultrie Road;

— Thefts by shoplifting on the 2600 block of Dawson Road and the 1600 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Criminal damage to property in the second degree on the 2400 block of Brierwood Drive and the 2400 block of North Cleveland Street;

— Saggy pants on the 1400 block of Gillespie Avenue and the 600 block of Poplar Street;

— Thefts by taking on the 400 block of Pinson Road and the 1100 block of West Fourth Avenue;

— Discharging a firearm on the 1400 block of Avalon Avenue;

— Injured person on the 1600 block of North Valencia Drive;

— Possible child molestation on the 1200 block of Gillespie Avenue;

— Confinement of animals violation on the 300 block of Carriage Lane;

— Reckless conduct on the 2700 block of Homewood Court.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 22 calls Saturday and Sunday, available reports show. Incidents included:

— Auto accident on the 3000 block of West Oakridge Drive;

— Family violence on the 3600 block of Radial Avenue;

— Disorderly house on the 6000 block of Elliott Drive;

— Burglary on the 3900 block of Coakley Avenue.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 36 calls Thursday through Sunday, available reports show. Incidents included downed power lines, a trash fire, activated alarms, EMS assistance, a lawn mower fire and a gas leak.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to at least 54 calls on Sunday, including 35 medical calls, 17 trauma calls and two stand-by calls. Medical calls included, but were not limited to, five miscellaneous pain calls, five respiratory issues, two mental health calls, one fainting call, one altered mental status, one seizure call and one cardiac arrest call. Trauma calls included, but were not limited to, 10 auto accident victims, four falls and one laceration.
