ALBANY, Ga. — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 53 incidents on Tuesday into the early hours of Wednesday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Thefts by taking on the 700 block of North Washington Street, the 800 block of 11th Avenue, the 300 block of East Oakridge Drive, the 2600 block of South Jackson Street, the 2600 block of Clark Avenue and the 1600 block of South Jefferson Street;
— Assaults on the 900 block of Radium Springs Road and the 500 block of Mckinley Street;
— Criminal trespass on the 2400 block of Dawson Road, the 1000 block of East Roosevelt Avenue, the 2800 block of Partridge Drive and the 500 block of North Davis Street;
— Disorderly conduct on the 700 block of East Broad Avenue and the 500 block of South Mckinley Street;
— Domestic disputes on the 800 block of 11th Avenue, the 1600 block of Gardner Drive, the 600 block of Pine Avenue, the 400 block of Plum Street, the 300 block of Station Crossing Drive, the 400 block of South Cleveland Street, the 700 block of Whitney Avenue, the 900 block of South Street, the 500 block of North Westover Boulevard, the 2100 block of Colquitt Avenue and the 600 block of Willard Avenue;
— Aggravated assault on the 2300 block of Gail Avenue;
— Harassing phone calls on the 1500 block of West Highland Avenue;
— DUI on the 1000 block of South Slappey Boulevard;
— Robbery by force on the 2100 block of Acker Drive;
— Thefts by shoplifting on the 1600 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 200 block of Cordele Road, the 900 block of Radium Sprints Road and the 200 block of Cordele Road;
— Forgery on the 300 block of East Oakridge Drive;
— Burglaries on the 2000 block of Clark Avenue, the 600 block of Holloway Avenue, the 800 block of 21st Avenue and the 2600 block of South Jackson Street;
— Entering autos on the 1100 block of Gillespie Avenue, the 900 block of North Van Buren Street, the 1000 block of Worth Street, the 2700 block of Homewood Court, the 700 block of West Fourth Avenue and the 2400 block of Brierwood Drive;
— Unruly child on the 600 block of West Society Avenue;
— Terroristic threats and acts on the 700 block of North Madison Street and the 1700 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Wanted persons on the 800 block of North Jefferson Street and the 1400 block of West Harding Street;
— Giving false name to officer on the 500 block of Dorsett Avenue;
— Possession of marijuana on the 2200 block of West Gordon Avenue;
— Theft of lost or mislaid property on the 1400 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Financial transaction card fraud on the 200 block of Loftus Drive;
— Missing person on the 2300 block of Greenleaf Lane.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least to calls on Tuesday, available reports show. Incidents included;
— Traffic accident on the 1700 block of Eight Mile Road;
— Burglaries on the 1900 block of Old Dominion Road and the 2200 block of Camden Lane.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least eight calls on Tuesday, available records show. Incidents included a phone line falling on a transit bus, smoke removal, arching power line, a structure fire, a station tour, an animal rescue, a smoke scare and a motor vehicle fatality.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty Emergency Medical Service responded to 52 calls on Tuesday, including 27 medical calls, 24 trauma calls and one assist for the Albany Fire Department. Medical calls included four chest pain calls, four seizures, three miscellaneous pain calls, one person fainted, one diabetic issue, one OB/labor call, one mental health call and nine various medical calls. Trauma calls included 12 auto accident victims, seven falls, two lacerations, one assault and one gunshot victim.
