ALBANY, Ga. — Someone with a serious early morning sweet tooth broke into an Albany business and snatched some sugary snacks.
Police officers responded to a burglary call at Flowers Bakery, 130 N. Magnolia St., at 5:46 a.m. Thursday, officials say.
According to Phyllis Banks, spokeswoman for the Albany Police Department, the keyholder of the business reported that an unknown person or persons had forced their way through the front door and stolen a single box of snack cakes.
No suspects have yet been located in the break-in, Banks said.
