ALBANY, Ga. — Another in the Lunch and Learn series presented by Chick-fil-A is planned for Wednesday at Sherwood Baptist Church in Albany.
Mark Miller, who serves as vice president of organizational effectiveness for Chick-fil-A Inc. in Atlanta, will present the leadership competency model known as SERVE from noon until 1:30 p.m.

K.J. Wari, operator of three local Chick-fil-A restaurants in Albany and Lee County, said the SERVE model has become the go-to tool for planning, talent development and innovation in his restaurants.
