Facebook is more trouble than it's worth

Letter to the editor

Facebook accounts, I won't have one. I would point out all the folks that have used fake accounts for criminal activity, not the least of which is the individual in Maine that used a fake account to lure and kill a 14 year old.

My family is actually pretty small when compared to some I know. However, my nephew had his account hacked and my mother got a phone call claiming to be him and asking for bus fare. That call was traced back to a prison. The rest of us got emails about bail being required.

My son got hacked and we all got emails about him being stuck in Spain and needing money. Fortunately none of us fell for it.

So get your accounts and use them to access the Herald's comments if you will. I won't.
