ALBANY, Ga. — A group of teens from a Jacksonville-Fla.-based church are spending a week of their summer break in Albany, helping clean up, pick up and paint.

Guided by Keep Albany Dougherty Beautiful, teens from Beach United Methodist Church will spend their mission week all around Albany working to beautify the area, KADB Director Judy Bowles said.

Their first stop? The Art Park on Pine. Monday, the group spent much of the day painting over most of the art-covered walls of the art park.
