ALBANY, Ga. — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 44 incidents on Wednesday and into the early hours of Thursday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Burglary on the 1500 block of Martha Street, the 2500 block of Forsyth Street, the 600 block of West Gordon Avenue and the 900 block of Lippitt Drive;

— Theft by shoplifting on the 200 block of Cordele Road and the 1000 block of South Harding Street;

— Disorderly conduct on the 200 block of Marie Road, the 200 block of South Slappey Boulevard and the 1000 block of Gordon Avenue;

— Harassing phone calls on the 200 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Domestic dispute (unfounded) on the 600 block of 16th Avenue, the 200 block of Butler Drive and the 500 block of Louis Avenue;

— Battery on the 600 block of West Highland Avenue, the 600 block of 10th Avenue, and the 500 block of 8th Avenue;

— Theft by taking on the 400 block of Hope Street and the 1200 block of Clark Avenue;

— Sexual battery on the 700 block of Andover Lane;

— Interfering with a city officer on the 100 block of North Washington Street;

— Driving on suspended license on the 100 block of South Jefferson Street and the 1500 block of West Oakridge Drive;

— Unruly juvenile on the 800 block of Cotton Avenue;

— Entering auto on the 200 block of Philema Road, the 1000 block of North Slappey Boulevard and the 300 block of Carriage Lane;

— Criminal trespass on the 700 block of Andover Lane, the 400 block of Clark Avenue and the 1400 block of Highland Avenue;

— Wanted person on the 1300 block of East 1st Avenue;

— Recovered property on the 2000 block of Murray Hill Lane;

— Public indecency at Flintside Lane and South Jackson Street;

— Animal running at large on the 1700 block of East Broad Avenue, the 1100 block of University Avenue and the 1000 block of Whitney Avenue;

— Inhumane treatment (dog) on the 1700 block of East Broad Avenue and the 500 block of Holloway Avenue;

— No valid tag (dog) on the 400 block of Shadow Lawn Drive;

— Abandoned dog at the 500 block of Rosenberg St;

— Loitering and prowling on the 400 block of West 1st Avenue;

— Disorderly conduct on the 500 block of 9th Avenue;

— Assault on the 200 block of South Davis Street;

— Forgery on the 1500 block of Radium Springs Road.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty Police Department responded to at least 14 calls on Wednesday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Traffic arrest at North County Line Road and Hill Road;

— Narcotics investigation on the 300 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Road and the 2300 block of Willingham Drive.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 12 calls on Wednesday, available records show. The incidents included an EMS assistance, smoke odor, activated fire alarms, trash fire, fire safety program, unauthorized burn and shorted drink machine.
