Police seek assault suspect

ALBANY, Ga. -- The Albany Police Department's Criminal Investigation Bureau is requesting the community's help in locating Isaac Edward Hicks, who is wanted for aggravated assault-gun and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

According to the APD, on March 1, at approximately 12:40 a.m., officers responded to 618 West 2nd Ave. in reference to an reported aggravated assault. Upon arrival, Donnell Mills told officers that Hicks, who is Mills' ex-boyfriend, had come to her residence and repeatedly kicked the door. When asked to leave by Mills, Hicks fired several shots into the house, the report said. Mills, her three juvenile children and Walter Johnson were inside the house, according to Mills.

Investigators are actively looking for Hicks in reference to this case. Hicks is considered armed and dangerous.

According to the APD description, Hicks is 29 years old, five feet, four inches in height and weighs approximately 150 pounds.

These Criminals seem to have a real fear of getting caught with a FIREARM, NOT.
