P.J. Keadle Jr. is searching for information on this location in the 1910s.
Location sought for vintage image
This picture is of an automobile built by my grandfather Willie Wade Keadle of Mitchell County in the early 1910s. About 1915, he drove the auto from Camilla to Springfield, S.C., a round trip of 600 miles, with my father, P.J. Keadle of Camilla, as a passenger.
My family has tried unsuccessfully to learn the place where the picture was taken. The place most thought of is Albany.
If you can help me with the location of where the picture was taken, please contact me with the information.

Defense Act nullifies U.S. Bill of Rights
The Final Chapter is watching as the deck of cards Obama is stacking against the citizens of the USA becomes higher and higher. Somewhere in the next four years, they will come tumbling down with a cataclysmic event that will leave even the best of minds wondering what happened.
As columnist Mike Adams Editor of NaturalNews.com has so very eloquently put it, “The Bill of Rights has come to a sudden and catastrophic end, in what will be remembered as the most traitorous executive signing ever committed against the American people.
“This is the law that will cement Obama’s legacy in the history books as the traitor who nullified the Bill of Rights and paved America’s pathway down a road of tyranny that will make Nazi Germany’s war crimes look like child’s play.”
And yet Obama’s approval rating is near 46 percent. How many people have ever heard of the National Defense Authorization Act, or what it means or has the power to do? If you’re too lazy to look it up, then you’re one of the people willing to drink the Kool-Aid. What does it take to wake people up? How can the average citizen not be outraged, shocked, horrified and totally numbed by such an act?
This is a law “that grants the U.S. military the “legal” right to conduct secret kidnappings of U.S. citizens, followed by indefinite detention, interrogation, torture and even murder! And yet people go about their business in total ignorant bliss. We are not merely fools, but damn fools. More Later from The Final Chapter.

It’s time to get past the Civil War
My opinion to the opinion of James King’s (commander of Camp 141 of Sons of Confederate Veterans) letter in In My View from the Feb. 28, edition of The Albany Herald: I know of many, many historians who would strongly disagree with your opinion as to the cause of The War Between The States not being slavery motivated, but I also realize that many, such as yourself, would never agree on this being the cause, so my question is this,”What real difference does it now make?”
The war has long been fought and settled; nothing is going to change reality. The war is over. Slavery has been abolished in the whole of these great United States. The Union has been salvaged.
Can we not move forward together to make a better nation and let go the past, regardless as to the causes of such a terrible infliction of death and destruction to our country and our countrymen?
