TIFTON -- Ms. Annie Rose Shiggs, 84, of Omega, GA departed this life Wednesday March 6, 2013 at Tift Regional Medical Center, funeral arrangements are incomplete at the present time ,but will be announced at a later date, pending the completion of the funeral arrangements.
