CUTHBERT -- Roger Vance Phillips 65, of Coleman died Thursday, March 7, 2013 his residence. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 9th at 11:00 AM at Lunsford Funeral Home, with interment in the Coleman, Georgia Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
