‘Run for the Roses’ to benefit Council on Aging

ALBANY, Ga. — The second annual Juleps, Jockeys & Jazz, a Kentucky Derby event benefiting the SOWEGA Council on Aging, is planned from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. Saturday at Stonebridge Golf and Country Club.

The Kentucky Derby-themed fundraising event is a unique way to enjoy all of the thrills of the Kentucky Derby while benefiting seniors and our community, according to Izzie Sadler, development director for the Council on Aging

Tickets, which are still available for the event, are $60 per person and are available at www.sowegacoa.org, by calling (229) 432-1124 or at the door on the day of the event.
