ALBANY, Ga. — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 43 incidents on Monday and into the early hours of Tuesday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Vandalism on the 1200 block of Van Demon Street;
— Theft by taking on the 1300 block of East Broad Avenue, the 2000 block of Jones Avenue and the 200 block of Loftus Drive;
— Forgery on the 1500 block of Radium Springs Road;
— Theft of lost or mislaid property on the 200 block of Cordele Road;
— Battery on the 1600 block of Gadsden Drive;
— Unruly child on the 400 block of Wadkins Avenue;
— Disorderly conduct on the 800 block of West Whitney Avenue, the 900 block of South Street and the 800 block of Cedar Avenue;
— Domestic dispute (unfounded) on the 600 block of 16th Avenue, the 300 block of Johnson Road, the 200 block of Leonard Avenue, the 1800 block of Mississippi Avenue, the 800 block of West Mercer Avenue, the 1500 block of Cordele Road and the the 1400 block of Bonnyview Avenue;
— Assault on the 1100 block of Newton Road;
— Entering auto on the 600 block of Tulsa Lane and the 1800 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Rape on the 1100 block of Avalon Avenue and the 2400 block of Dawson Road;
— Criminal damage to property on the 500 block of Don Cutler, Jr. Drive and the 500 block of Forest Glen Drive;
— Possession of marijuana on the 700 block of East Broad Avenue;
— Burglary on the 100 block of School Street, the 200 block of North Mock Road, the 400 block of Woodcrest Circle and the 2200 block of West Gordon Avenue;
— Hit & run motor vehicle with injuries on the 1900 block of Clark Avenue;
— Identification fraud on the 600 block of Flint Avenue;
— Wanted person on the 1900 block of Whispering Pines Road;
— Saggy pants on the 2500 block of South Harding Street;
— Open container on the 2500 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Suspended license on the 600 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Criminal trespass on the 300 block of Vick Street, the 400 block of Bush Street, the 2400 block of Brierwood Drive, the 400 block of West 3rd Avenue, the 700 block of Pine Avenue and the 300 block of Johnson Road;
— Recovered property on the 1300 block of Evelyn Avenue.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty Police Department responded to at least seven calls on Monday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Criminal trespass warning on the 2300 block of Liberty Expressway;
— Traffic accident on the 700 block of McCollum Drive;
— Family violence on the 3100 block of War Eagle Drive;
— Burglary on the 3200 block of Sylvester Road;
— Criminal damage/attempted entering auto on the 200 block of Old Dominion Road;
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least two calls on Monday and into the early hours of Tuesday, available records show. The incidents included: activated alarm and EMS assist.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty Emergency Medical Service responded to 54 calls on Monday, available records show. There were 48 medical calls and six trauma calls.
The medical calls included: seven respiratory issue calls, seven miscellaneous pain calls, four chest pain calls, two faintings, two diabetic issue calls, one seizure call, one mental health call and 23 various medical calls.
The trauma calls included three auto accident victims, two falls and one assault.
