Police/Fire/EMS report for May 17, 2013

ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 45 incidents on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports show. The incidents included:

— Disorderly conduct on the 700 block of East Broad Avenue, the 600 block of Johnson Road, the 1000 block of South Harding Street, the 200 block of Pine Avenue and the 200 block of Slater King Road;

— Burglary on the 400 block of Westover Boulevard, the 500 block of Don Cutler Sr. Drive and the 300 block of Vick Street;

— Assault on the 1300 block of East Broad Avenue, the 100 block of South Valencia Drive and the 1000 block of Roosevelt Avenue;

— Domestic dispute (unfounded) on the 1000 block of Exeter Drive, the 800 block of 13th Avenue, the 1300 block of Mobile Avenue, the 1500 block of Greenvale road and the 600 block of Willard Avenue;

— Battery on the 600 block of West Society Avenue, the 1000 block of Forest Glen Drive, the 2400 block of Dawson Road, the 2400 block of Whispering Pines Road and the 300 block of South Mock Road;

— Recovered property on the 1500 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Wanted person on the 300 block of South Slappey Boulevard;

— Forgery on the 2400 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Unruly child on the 1500 block of West Highland Avenue;

— Theft of services on the 2700 block of Ledo Road;

— Theft by shoplifting on the 2600 block of Dawson Road, the 2800 block of Nottingham Way and the 1800 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive;

— Theft by taking on the 800 block of Moultrie Road and the 1200 block of Bonnie View Avenue;

— Criminal trespass on the 500 block of Don Cutler Sr. Drive and the 100 block of South Westover Boulevard;

— Harassing phone calls on the 2400 block of Madison Street;

— Suicide attempt on the 400 block of West Society Avenue;

— Theft of lost or misplaced property on the 1000 block of West Gordon Avenue;

— Stalking on the 1600 block of Malone Drive;

— injured person on the 200 block of Davis Street;

— Suspended license on the 200 block of Sundale Drive;

— Violating a family violence order on the 1400 block of Whispering Pines Road;

— Possession of marijuana on the 1500 block of Dawson Road;

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty Police Department responded to at least 13 calls on Wednesday, available reports show. The incidents included a traffic wreck on Georgia Highway 91 north of Lonesome Road;

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least four calls on Wednesday, available records show. The incidents included a shorted pole transformer, vehicle fire and structure fire.

DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty Emergency Medical Service responded to 76 calls on Wednesday, available records show. There were 58 medical calls, 18 trauma calls and one assist for the Albany Fire Department.

The medical calls included six chest pain calls, five respiratory issue calls, five faintings, three mental health calls, two altered mental status calls, two seizure, two diabetic issues, two miscellaneous pain calls and 27 various medical calls.

The trauma calls included six auto accident victims, four falls, four lacerations and three assault calls.
